“Protein is the structural foundation of everything we are built from - our muscles, our skin, our enzymes, our epigenome itself. It is not just fuel. It is the molecular architecture of who we are.”
Recommended By:Dr. Amy Shah, MDDouble-board-certified physician with degrees in immunology and nutrition
"I spend so much time educating people about protein's critical role in their health — energy, muscle, longevity. But once they understand the need, finding convenient, quality sources becomes the real obstacle. Knowledge without accessible solutions doesn't help. That's what we're changing."
Recommended By:Dr. Rocío Salas-Whalen, MDRenowned physician specializing in endocrinology, obesity medicine, and bestselling author of Weightless: A Doctor's Guide to GLP-1 Medications.
"Protein is life. Muscle, bone, skin, hair, and nails are built from protein—it's the most essential macronutrient. Meeting protein needs isn't easy, especially for those on GLP-1 medications or women in midlife. Pure Genius Protein helps my patients reach their recommended intake when it matters most."
Recommended By:Dr. Betsy Grunch, MDRenowned board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in spinal surgery and emergency surgery for brain and spine injuries.
“From losing 80 pounds myself to caring for my patients, my kids, and my mother—I see the same struggle everywhere: people know they need protein for strength, healing, and weight loss, but life makes it difficult. Adequate nutrition shouldn’t require perfect circumstances.”
Supported by ResearchDr. Jeff Karp, PhDA leading biomedical innovator with 40,000 academic citations.
"As I turned 50, protein wasn’t a focus for me. When I finally started paying attention to it, I built muscle faster than I ever had before. The science shows that muscle loss accelerates with age and that it becomes increasingly more difficult to rebuild strength. That makes protein essential to healthy aging so I can keep doing the things I love."
Recommended By:Dr. Judith Joseph M.D., M.B.ABoard Certified Psychiatrist, Researcher and Best Selling Author
"Living healthier and longer is not sustainable without truly understanding the science of your happiness. There is only one you and there will only ever be one you, so take the time to understand where you are losing your joy so that you can reclaim it. Many people lose joy because they are not taking care of their bodies and brains and reclaiming your joy through better health and better nutrients is a powerful way to unlock your hidden potential."
Recommended By:Dr. Lucia Aronica, PhDLecturer at Stanford University School of Medicine with nearly two decades of research experience in Epigenetics and Nutrigenomics
"My mother is 85 and still fully herself - sharp, joyful, and independent. As a scientist, I know that does not happen by accident. Protein is the structural foundation of everything we are built from. As we age, our bodies become less efficient at using the protein we eat, precisely when we need it most. Most people are unknowingly starving their cells of the one nutrient that keeps them resilient, functional, and alive in the fullest sense."

Kept waiting for the aftertaste or the bloat. Neither came. The blueberry lemonade is dangerous.

I love the convenience & yumminess of Pure Genius Protein Shots. This has been a great way for me to get extra protein easily. I’m in my 60’s & weight train 3 times a week & definitely need the extra protein. This makes it so easy! The mango with fiber is now my new favorite! 🙃💖

Like the orange protein & fiber flavor. The pink lemonade flavor of the protein alone is a bit sour. I appreciate the convenience of such a small serving of protein!
