    I have been taking this for a week. I notice I am not as hungry before I have my lunch. I take a protein shot after my morning workout. I am tracking my protein and have increased what I need for muscle 💪 building

    Love this product!!

    These protein shots are great! Small and easy to drink, tastes great, 23g of protein- they are amazing. Drink them on their own or my favorite is to mix them in to stacked waters adding protein to hydration and vitamins. I’ve tried all 3 flavors and love them all but my favorite is Pineapple. Would love to see some additional flavors - maybe peach/mango or mixed berry. You have to try these!
