Blueberry Lemonade

These protein shots are great! Small and easy to drink, tastes great, 23g of protein- they are amazing. Drink them on their own or my favorite is to mix them in to stacked waters adding protein to hydration and vitamins. I’ve tried all 3 flavors and love them all but my favorite is Pineapple. Would love to see some additional flavors - maybe peach/mango or mixed berry. You have to try these!

These protein shots are my favorite way to get protein on the go. I tried them because I heard about them on The Mel Robbins Podcast. I was skeptical at first, 23g of high quality protein and it's only 100 calories?

I can honestly say - the product blew my mind. It's delicious. It's filling but doesn't make me feel bloated. It's the easiest way to get protein on the go. I keep them in my purse and in my desk at work. Once you try it - you'll wonder how you lived without it (at least that's what I've wondered)! There's nothing else like it. They taste like juice - sweet, tart and so easy to drink. I used to drink smoothies - but they always made me feel bloated and they have a ton of calories. I like a lot of the bars but a lot of them melt in my purse or car and sometimes I just don't feel like a bar. This shot is different. Three sips and it's done. And I feel good knowing I got my protein in.

The only downside - is that everyone in my family is now obsessed and keeps stealing my supply. My 21 year old son, drinks one every day. My 16 year old takes them in his backpack to school and uses them before baseball practice. His teammates are now all onto these shots. My mom is on a GLP-1 and she's now a huge fan after trying the pineapple. My favorite is Blueberry Lemonade. I can not recommend this more highly - I love it.
