Introduction & Eligibility
The following Official Giveaway Rules ("Official Rules") are for the 4.19.26 Mel Robbins Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway"), offered by Pure Genius AS, LLC ("Company"). To be eligible, you must: (1) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; (2) furnish truthful and accurate proof of age, identity, and residence upon Company's request; (3) not reside in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or any jurisdiction that requires Company to register, post a bond, or obtain approval before offering the Giveaway; and (4) comply with the Entry Method below.
You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you. All Company employees, managers, directors, advertising and promotion agencies, legal advisors, and their respective immediate family members or household members are not eligible. By entering, you agree that Company's decisions are final and binding. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
This Giveaway is conducted using Company's Instagram page (@melrobbins). Company is solely responsible for administering the Giveaway and resolving any disputes. Giveaway Period
Participants may enter starting on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and ending on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET ("Giveaway Period").
Entry Method & Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Entrants may enter by leaving a comment on the Company's Instagram post announcing the Giveaway:

You may also enter by completing the free AMOE form: Click here to enter via the Alternate Method of Entry form. Submit your name, address, and phone number (used solely for qualification and prize delivery). All AMOE entries must be submitted no later than April 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Incomplete or invalid submissions will be disqualified.
Giveaway Drawing
On or about two (2) days after the close of the Giveaway Period, Company will select potential winners in a random drawing from all valid entries. Potential winners will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram (or by phone if entry via AMOE) and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit of one (1) prize per person.
Prize, Odds of Winning & Approximate Retail Value
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) 12-pack of Pure Genius Protein. Only five (5) prizes are available and only five (5) winners will be drawn.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $48.00 USD per winner.
Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes. Each winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN as applicable. Failure to submit required tax forms will result in forfeiture. Winner must take delivery of the prize within seven (7) days of notice of availability and provide a valid shipping address. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed.
How to Claim the Prize
The potential winner will be notified within 7 business days after the random drawing via Instagram DM (or by phone for AMOE entries). Before being declared a winner, he/she will be required to provide a copy of a driver's license or government-issued identification. Upon verification, winner will coordinate with Company for prize delivery.
Canadian residents must correctly answer a multi-step skill-testing question without assistance to be eligible.
Company is not responsible for undelivered direct messages due to privacy or spam filter settings. If a potential winner is ineligible, non-compliant, or unreachable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Privacy Disclosures
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely in connection with Company's performance of its obligations — including eligibility verification, prize delivery, and applicable tax obligations. Company will treat all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that the Company, Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, contractors, legal counsel, marketing agencies, and agents ("Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable messages; hardware or software malfunctions; technical, mechanical, or typographical errors; unauthorized human intervention; or incorrect capture of entry information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or their equipment. Entries submitted by automated programs or devices will be void and disqualified.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in its sole discretion.
Additional Entrant Obligations
By entering, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable laws; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all rights to bring any claim or action against any Released Party in connection with the Giveaway; and (iv) to forever release and hold harmless each Released Party from any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway. Everything regarding this Giveaway is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Indemnification
Each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all tax liability, cost, loss, damage, penalty, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) receipt, ownership, or use of any prize; (b) participation in any Giveaway-related activity; (c) violation or alleged violation of any third-party rights; or (d) the entrant's negligence or willful misconduct.
Miscellaneous
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE WILL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM NOT RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION WILL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA). THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES. NO PARTY WILL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR ATTORNEYS' FEES. ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF WHEN THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURRED. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.
Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the Giveaway or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Company's interpretation of these Official Rules is final and binding.
Publicity Rights
Company may publish and publicize the winner as it sees fit. Acceptance of this requirement is an element of eligibility. If you do not agree to such publicity, you will be required to forfeit the prize.
Official Rules & Winner List
To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or the identity of the Giveaway winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) specifying "Official Rules" or "Winner Identification" to: 2 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne, NY 10532. Requests must be received within twelve (12) months of the end of the Giveaway Period.
