Official Giveaway Rules
These Official Rules govern two separate promotions offered by Pure Genius OPco LLC d/b/a Pure Genius ("Sponsor"): (1) the Berry Watermelon Instagram Giveaway, and (2) the First Subscription Order Giveaway. Each promotion has its own eligibility requirements, entry methods, and winner selection process, as set forth below. Participation in one promotion does not constitute participation in the other.
Giveaway 1: Berry Watermelon Instagram Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
Pure Genius OPco LLC d/b/a Pure Genius ("Sponsor"), 15 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT 06880. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or comments regarding this promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on Monday, July 6th, 2026, at 7:00 AM PT and ends Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the Sponsor's Instagram giveaway post at @PureGeniusProtein and complete all of the following:
- Follow @PureGeniusProtein on Instagram (if not already following);
- Like the giveaway post; and
- Tag a friend in the comment section of the giveaway post. (more comments = extra entries)
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected on July 24th, 2026, by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. Potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within that period, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Pure Genius Berry Watermelon prize pack, consisting of:
- Beast Mighty Go Blender in Sand - $114
- Waterproof Caning Tote in Kelly Green - $149
- Cabana Stripe Beach Towel - $50
- Popsicle Mold - $15
- Pure Genius Watermelon Protein Shots - $12
Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $340. No cash equivalent or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release before a prize is awarded. Failure to timely execute and return any required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used only in connection with this promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at puregeniusprotein.com/policies/privacy-policy.
11. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Publicity and Use of Winner Information
Except where prohibited by law, entry in this promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, Instagram handle, and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion in any media without further compensation. If Sponsor intends to announce the winner publicly or feature winner content in marketing materials, winner may be asked to execute a separate publicity release as a condition of prize award.
13. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pure Genius OPco LLC, 15 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT 06880, Attn: Berry Watermelon Giveaway Winner, within thirty (30) days of July 24th, 2026.
Giveaway 2: First Subscription Order Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility

4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter, each of which is given equal weight in the random drawing described in Section 5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
(a) Subscription Order Entry.
Place a first-time subscription order for a Pure Genius product on or after July 17, 2026 and during the Promotion Period. For purposes of this promotion, a "first-time subscription order" means the entrant has not previously maintained a Pure Genius subscription under the same household or email address. Subscription orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined by Sponsor to be fraudulent before winner selection are not eligible.
(b) Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Required).
Legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: 15 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT 06880. Attn: Subscription Giveaway. To be eligible, entries must be postmarked no later than July 23rd, 2026 and received no later than July 30th, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope per household. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries are void.

One (1) potential winner will be selected on August 1st, 2026 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received under Section 4(a) and Section 4(b), combined, during the Promotion Period. Entries received by subscription order and entries received by mail-in card are given equal chances of winning. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within that period, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
