I wish they were easier to open

I play a lot of Pickleball and often eat a snack in the middle or immediately after playing. But I have Invisalign and instead of having to take out my aligners on the court, I can just open one of these small bottles and no I am getting a full dose of protein to keep me going. My trainer also wants me to eat 30 g of protein and 30 g of carbs within an hour after finishing so this makes that mass very easy without a huge meal or a ton of calories
